• 2017 monthly dues are $265 per home
• Monthly dues are due the 1st of every month, they are late after 30 days
• Late fees are $20 per month for any monthly dues past due
• WSG is “Go Green,” thus paper statements are not mailed each month
• Paper statements are only mailed if there is a past due balance
• Automatic payment enrollment is available at no charge
• Automatic payments are charged on the 5th business day of each month
