The Weathersfield Board has approved paving the 594, 595, 596, 530-539, and 540-545 closes this year. Below is the schedule Raleigh Paving will follow. Of course, this schedule is weather-dependent. All cars must be removed from the close by 7 am on the first day the paving is scheduled.
We were delighted that 17 neighbors showed up at 5:30 pm on a recent Wednesday to restart the weekly gatherings at the Grove. These meetings will continue through the summer and fall.
All neighbors who are interested in continuing this tradition should show up on Wednesday afternoon at 5:30, weather-permitting. Bring a snack to share and a beverage of your choice. Feel free to invite a friend or neighbor to join us.
Pressure-washing in Weathersfield has been postponed until after drought restrictions are lifted. Drought conditions have intensified in Central North Carolina, according to the state’s Department of Environmental Quality. Click.
Once the restrictions are lifted, CTI Property Services will start pressure washing in Weathersfield. They will pressure-wash all homes and garages. This year, they will also pressure-wash the sidewalks and curb gutters. A map of the order of pressure washes in the closes is attached.
The following principles and guidelines are intended to assist the Board of Directors (BoD), Weathersfield VI Home Owners Association (Association), and the residents of Weathersfield VI whenever a request to construct a deck is presented to the Board. The primary goal of these principles and guidelines is to ensure that any deck constructed in Weathersfield VI is so well integrated into the existing structure that it appears to be part of the original home. Following these principles and guidelines should minimize the chance that a deck would be considered obtrusive by an adding property owner.
This is to notify you that the WSG-VI Deductible rate is rising from $10,000 (ten thousand US dollars) to $25,000 (twenty-five thousand US dollars) per home. This new rate was approved by the WSG-VI Board of Directors and will allow WSG-VI to continue an annual insurance premium to cover the costs of each townhome as per our Covenants and By-Laws.
The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Weathersfield Service Group will be held on Saturday, November 8 at 10 AM at the Gathering Place. Coffee and donuts will be served at 9:30 AM.

Fall pruning of Weathersfield common areas will begin this coming Friday, October 10. Pruning of individual residences will begin on Friday, October 17. If you wish to assume responsibility for having your property pruned, please email me by October 10 and I will provide you with red tape to tie around your porch post. In addition I will provide the workers doing the pruning with a list of residences not to be pruned. Workers will not do any pruning on properties that are marked with tape around the porch post.
