Weathersfield Rental Cap Guidelines

Following a vote of the community ending on December 2, 2022, in which 81% of households voted in favor of enacting a cap on rentals, the Covenants were amended to do so and filed with the Chatham County Register of Deeds on December 12, 2022.  That amendment allows for no more than twelve living units in Weathersfield to be rented at any one time.  The registered amendment is in the link below as well as in the “Bylaws and Covenants” tab on the Documents tab of this website.
