After months of discussion and consultation with our attorney, the WSG Board of Directors has approved a document outlining the key items in the Covenants that owners, tenants, and property managers should follow. The document can be found on the Guidelines for Homeowners section of the website.
Annual General Meeting
Packets have been mailed to homeowners concerning this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). You may also find these documents on this website by clicking on the link below.
Important reminder: In order to get an accurate count of ballots, we need you to use the self-addressed envelope provided in the packet. There is one ballot per household. You may drop your envelope into the WSG kiosk mailbox or send your ballot to Mill House Properties, 1720 East Franklin Street, Chapel Hill, NC 27514.
ALL BALLOTS MUST BE RETURNED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. ON OCTOBER 31, 2020, and the presence of a quorum will be determined from the ballots received as of that date and time.

Important Announcement Concerning 2020 Annual General Meeting
Due to Covid-19, the Weathersfield Service Group VI Board of Directors has decided to conduct a mail-in Annual General Meeting rather than the usual in-person meeting. All homeowners should have received, or shortly will receive, a letter in the mail explaining this change in detail. The letter also provides important dates for completing and receiving ballots for the election of new Directors. Returning your completed ballot is critical to assuring a quorum is achieved, making the election valid. There will also be an opportunity for homeowners to address questions to the Board. Weathersfield Termite Inspection on October 6
Pest & Termite Consultants will be conducting annual termite inspections on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
The inspector will need access to crawlspaces and interior of garages.

Upcoming Pruning and Lawn Aeration
Ruppert will do a general maintenance pruning of all shrubs in the front and side of homes (up to the AC units) throughout the community beginning Wednesday, 9/23/2020 — WEATHER PERMITTING. If needed, pruning will be completed on Wednesday, 9/30/2020.
PLEASE DO NOT INTERRUPT THE RUPPERT WORKERS WITH ANY REQUESTS OR ISSUES. CONTACT HOPE WEBER OR PEGGY AKERS WITH YOUR COMMENTS.
Tag with colored tape any shrub(s) you do not want pruned. Colored tape will be placed on the bench in each close in a plastic bag. When you have used the tape, return it in the plastic bag to the bench for your neighbors to use. The tapes will be collected after pruning is completed.
Within 2 weeks following the pruning, please remove any tape that you have put on the shrubs.
AERATION & OVERSEEDING
Aeration and overseeding of the lawns will occur on Thursday, 10/8/2020.

Trash Collection Day Change Next Week
First Choice Disposal will pick up trash and recyclables in Weathersfield on Wednesday, September 9, instead of the normal Tuesday pickup.
TURF TREATMENT Week of 7/20/2020
